The 35-year-old Italian model and TV presenter is an avid fan of the somewhat brutal martial art form known as Krav Maga.
Used by the Israeli Defense Forces, the name Krav Maga translated from Hebrew means 'contact combat' which is exactly what Elisabetta was practicing with her training partner in Milan on Wednesday.

While Elisabetta has been out of the public eye and Hollywood spotlight since her split from George Clooney in 2011 after 18 months together she has been busy on the celebrity dating circuit.She was engaged to stunt performer and comedian Steve-O, before getting involved with Swedish celebrity fitness coach, Marcus Kowal, who trains big names like Hilary Swank, Rachel McAdams and Sacha Baron Cohen.
Now she seems to have finally met her match - and he's an Italian to boot. Actor Marcello Macchia is now blissfully engaged to Elisabetta who is no doubt hoping she can break her unlucky string of broken engagements. Perhaps she's simply frightened off too many men in the past with her avid devotion to Krav Maga.

Reminiscing on her time with Hollywood heartthrob George, Elisabetta inists that their split was completely mutual.
'We both decided it was time to split up,' she said. 'George and I never spoke about marriage or children. I'm not saying that I don't want them but neither he or I ever imagined having children together.'
With George once again single, but Elisabetta firmly attached, perhaps the next big kick she'll get out of life will be motherhood. Until then, she will always have her beloved Krav Maga regime.
