A quick dip. Very tasty. The simplicity of this cannellini and sage dip makes this appetizer very elegant. The sweetest of the sage gives this recipe a special and unexpected flavor.  

Simplicity: easy

Time Consuming: 5 minutes or you used dried beans, soaked them, and cooked until very soft. 

Taste: salty 

Recommendation: choose your favorite gluten-free bread, to serve as a canape or a great idea is to use celery stick and filled with the dip. 


Ingredients: 

  • 2 can cannellini bean, drained
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (choose an I.G.P, for best quality)
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

1- By hand or food processor, chop the ingredients. Be careful not to turn it into purée. Serve in a beautiful bowl or over your favorite gluten-free bread.
